Refunds and Exchanges

Returning Unwanted Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 60 days of receipt. All items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Items not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returning Faulty Products

If the goods arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or a refund. We will also refund your initial postage and packaging charges.

For defects that occur over time due to manufacturing faults, returns are possible within one year of purchase. However, all such returns must be approved by Friendzone Gifts.

Important Note

For linen items such as Duvet Cover Sets, Sheet Sets, or Pyjama Sets, you must return the entire set. Individual pieces from sets cannot be returned separately.

How to Return

1. Include the return form and select the code that best explains the reason for your return.
2. Place the completed return form and the item(s) in a suitable bag or box.
3. Send the package to the address below:

For your protection, we recommend using Recorded Delivery with a tracking number. Friendzone Gifts is not responsible for returns lost in the mail.
