By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Friendzone Gifts reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Ordering

  • After selecting your preferred items, they will appear in your Shopping Bag.
  • To complete your order and proceed with checkout, you will be required to create an account.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address you provide.
  • Payments are processed through PayPal for a secure transaction.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing the order. Once dispatched, we will also email you the tracking number for your shipment.

Note: Changes to an order are not possible once payment has been made.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and direct payments through PayPal. If you encounter any issues while placing an order, please contact us via email. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been successfully placed.

Shipping

Friendzone Gifts commits to shipping all ordered items within 5 business days after receiving payment.

Please note, all items are made to order, except for a small selection in the Outlet category. If you require faster processing, please contact our customer service team, and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Deliveries are made through DHL, TNT, FedEx, or Lietuvos Paštas (www.post.lt). All parcels are shipped from Lithuania. We will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Lithuania: 2-3 working days
  • EU: 7-10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10-15 working days

The delivery times provided above are estimates and should be used as a guideline, starting from the date of dispatch. Friendzone Gifts is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Please be aware that shipping costs do not include any taxes, duties, or import fees that may be imposed once the package reaches its destination country. All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and the buyer is responsible for these additional charges.
